Managing an event RSVP should be easy for you and your attendees. With AddEvent, you can create an event RSVP form in minutes, collect responses in one place, and track exactly who is attending your event.
As a free online event RSVP tool, AddEvent lets you collect names, email addresses, and any additional details you need from attendees. You can customize your event RSVP form with questions like job title, company name, or questions for the host, making it ideal for webinars, meetings, launches, and in person events.
Whether you are hosting a small gathering or a large virtual event, AddEvent helps you manage RSVPs without building a separate event RSVP website.
Creating an event RSVP with AddEvent is simple. When you enable RSVPs during event creation, AddEvent automatically generates an event landing page with an embedded event RSVP form.
When someone visits your event page, they can RSVP directly online. After completing the event RSVP form, an Add to Calendar button appears so they can save the event to their calendar right away. This helps increase attendance and reduces no shows.
You can also control RSVP settings such as capacity limits, RSVP deadlines, and email notifications when someone responds.

Every event created in AddEvent includes a dedicated event landing page where attendees can RSVP online. This page includes your event details and the event RSVP form, allowing guests to confirm attendance in just a few clicks.
After clicking RSVP, attendees select whether they are going and enter their name and email address. Depending on your form settings, they may also answer additional questions before submitting their RSVP.

AddEvent offers you plenty of other options for sharing your event. Whether you want to use the Add to Calendar Links (also known as an RSVP link) in an email or embed an Add to Calendar Button or RSVP form on your website or landing page, the possibilities are endless.

The links and buttons are fully functional and linked to your event. When your users click the links or buttons, they’ll be taken to a unique landing page for your event, where they’ll be prompted to RSVP! This saves you the headache of building an entire event RSVP website, instead giving you an RSVP process in just a few minutes.
